U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper talks about the infrastructure bill outside of the Edgewater Civic Center.
This afternoon U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper held a press conference at the Edgewater Civic Center to highlight the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and what is means for Colorado. The press conference was held in front of the electric vehicle charging station installed by the City of Edgewater.
Senator Hickenlooper spoke about his bill, known as the RECHARGE Act, which will make it more affordable to drive an electric vehicle. The RECHARGE Act is part of the larger infrastructure bill that should be signed by President Biden on Monday.
