The Edgewater City Council will meet for a Business Meeting and Work Session on Tuesday, February 1 starting at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually.
The Business Meeting includes discussion and possible approval of a Final Plat for construction of a new five unit townhome project at 5320 W. 26th Street. The proposed townhomes will be at the southeast corner of 26th and Benton which is currently a single family home. During the Work Session, City Council will discuss fee schedule updates, the City’s Annual Report and a green building codes timeline.
