You won’t want to miss a full day of fun events in Edgewater this Saturday, April 29 at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School (2305 Pierce Street). Parking for these events is available in the north parking lot at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School just to the west of 24th Avenue and Pierce Street.
Saints on the Run 5k Fun Run
The Saints on the Run 5k Fun Run through the beautiful Edgewater community starts and ends at Jefferson Jr/Sr High School and benefits the cross country and track teams. The run starts at 10 a.m.
Día de los niños Celebration
Día de los niños or Children’s Day, is a Mexican holiday to celebrate children. Edgewater Collective have fun activities for the whole family including food trucks, inflatables, art activities, live music, piñatas and much more from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the south parking lot at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School.
EcoEdgewater
Organized by the City of Edgewater, EcoEdgewater will feature seed planting, tree planting, a rain barrel workshop, sustainability resources, electric vehicles, and much more from 1-3 p.m. at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School.
