The Edgewater City Council will meet for a Business Meeting and Work Session on Tuesday, September 12 starting at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually and in-person.
During the Work Session, City Council will have a discussion about housing in Edgewater as it relates to the Council Strategic Plan priority of affordable housing. This discussion will continue in the Business Meeting with Discussion and Possible Action on a Resolution to commit to increasing the affordable housing units in the City by an average of three percent (3%) year-over year by the end of 2026 in accordance with proposition 123.
