From the City of Edgewater:
Become an Edgewater Snow Angel! ❄️
This initiative aims to pair our wonderful volunteers with residents who need assistance in removing snow from their sidewalks and walkways. This is not just about snow removal—it’s about building bridges, fostering community spirit, and ensuring the safety of everyone, from our postal carriers to our dedicated first responders.
📌 Here’s what you need to know before signing up as a Snow Angel:
❄️ After a snow event, we expect you to help your assigned neighbor within 24 hours.
❄️ Once assigned, we’ll notify you via email with all the details.
❄️ You may not be paired immediately. Our elderly and disabled residents sign up throughout the winter season.
❄️ If you’re up for it and willing to help more than one neighbor, kindly indicate on the sign-up form!
Share and spread the word! Let’s ensure that every corner of Edgewater is covered with the kindness of Snow Angels.
