The Edgewater Police Department, in partnership with First Judicial District Attorney Alexis King, is announcing the arrest of 39-year-old Jeremy Alan Smith of Denver in the shooting death of 33-year-old Denver resident Adam Michael Fresquez on May 3, 2023, at the Tesla supercharger station in Edgewater.
