From the City of Edgewater:
Upcoming 25th Avenue Road Closure
Starting Monday, February 12th
- Full closure to traffic and bicycles on W. 25th Ave. from Sheridan Blvd. to Benton St. Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained throughout construction.
- Construction crews will be pouring new concrete, installing brick pavers and other elements to enhance the street as part of the W. 25th Ave. Streetscape project.
- This work is expected to take two months depending on weather.
Alley access to and across W. 25th will also be closed. We are looking at options to try and open access north/south across W. 25th in areas as construction work allows.
