Celebrate Joyride Brewing’s 10th Anniversary This Saturday

Get Back to the Joyride Brewing 10th Anniversary August 17. Live music. Collab beers. Food truck. New party shirt.

Ten years ago, Edgewater looked like a different community. The Edgewater Public Market was an abandoned King Soopers, the Edgewater Beer Garden was an old city building, and the Edgewater Civic Center was an abandoned outdoor rollerskating area. Ten years ago, Edgewater also saw the opening of a brewery on 25th and Sheridan, which hadn’t existed in Edgewater since the late 1800s.

Ten years ago, Joyride Brewing Company opened and this Saturday, August 17, they are celebrating that anniversary!

Walk or roll on down to Joyride this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for collaboration beers, live music, fresh merch, and delicious food from La Baja Food Truck!

Like free beer and volunteering? Edgewater Collective is also organizing volunteers to help with setup, teardown, and ID checking during the event. You can sign up to volunteer here.

Joyride is once again holding a collaboration competition between breweries, and this year they are making 5 beers with 10 different breweries.

Teams this year are:

  • Comrade & Odell
  • Station 26 & Westbound & Down
  • Cannonball Creek & Woods Boss
  • Barrels & Bottles & Downhill
  • Call to Arms & Strange Craft
