Candidate & Committee Packets Are Now Available at the City Clerk’s Office!

Whether you’re a first-time candidate or a returning leader, the City has provided a comprehensive set of resources to guide you through the process:

📌 Important Reminders:

  • All candidates must file a Candidate Affidavit with the City Clerk.
  • Committees must register before accepting or spending any funds.
  • If you’re using only personal funds or not raising/spending money, there are simplified forms for that too.

🗓️ City Council Meetings:
Want to see the Council in action? Attend meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 PM at the Edgewater Civic Center.

Petition Packets are available to be picked up at the City Clerk’s Office at the Edgewater Civic Center!

Available seats are as follows:

  • Mayor (2 year Term)
  • 3 City Council seats for a 4-year term, expiring in November 2029
  • 1 Council seat is for a 2-year term to complete former councilmember seat, expiring in 2027
