Jefferson senior Isaiah Gallegos is declared the 3A State Champion (150lb) – Photo from Jefferson Saints
This weekend Jefferson senior Isaiah Gallegos joined the ranks of state champions from Jefferson Junior/Senior High School’s excellent wrestling program. This was Isaiah’s second state championship and third time placing at state.
The Saints finished 5th as a team in 3A at the 2026 Colorado High School State Wrestling Tournament.
Here are the other Jefferson wrestlers who placed at state:
- 126 lbs – Isaac Quiroz Garcia – 4th (Freshman)
- 138 lbs – Ricky Martinez – 4th (Senior)
- 144 lbs – Enzo Hernandez – 4th (Senior, 2x State Placer)
