Edgewater City Council Members and Mayor

The Edgewater City Council will meet for a Business Meeting and Work Session on Tuesday, October 20 starting at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually and in-person.

During the Business Meeting, City Council members discuss and potentially take action on the following:

• Discussion and Possible Action on the First Reading of Ordinance 2026-21, An ordinance amending Section 13-2-280 and Subsections 13-2-240(B) and 13-2-270(A) of the Edgewater Municipal Code to clarify the respective City and property owner responsibilities for water service connections and water tap abandonment.

During the Work Session, City Council members will discuss the following:

• Short-Term Rental Discussion

• Civic Assembly ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) Discussion
