Community members are invited to attend the Jefferson Area Student Technology Expo coming on Tuesday, April 24 from 5-6:30 pm at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School (2305 Pierce Street). Students from Edgewater Elementary, Lumberg Elementary, Molholm Elementary and Jefferson Junior/Senior High School have iPads that are used in the classroom. The Technology Expo showcases student projects from the school year and demonstrates how technology is used for learning. Area partners like Gold Crown, Jeffco Library and OpenWorld Learning also have hands-on exhibits for students.
Joel has been a resident of Edgewater, Colorado with his family since 2012. He is the Executive Director of local education nonprofit Edgewater Collective and Editor of the Edgewater Echo.
