A couple days ago we updated you on the journey of Jefferson graduate James Lumberg to the highest peak in Antartica. Edgewater resident Ethan Welshon is also on the continent of Antartica as part of SALSA Antartica. SALSA (Subglacial Antarctic Lakes Scientific Access) is a study of Mercer Subglacial Lake in Antarctica.
