Jefferson Wrestlers Place First at 3A Region 3 Regionals

The Jefferson wrestlers continued their dominance this season coming in first in the Class 3A Region 3 Regionals this weekend. Four Jefferson Saints were individual Regional champs in their weight class: (Angelo Lozado in 113 lb, Jimmy Ramirez III in 126 lb, Zander Condit in 145 lb and Nick Gallegos in 152). Ten wrestlers from Jefferson will be headed to State this next weekend.

Here are the Regional results for the Saints. Top four wrestlers head to state (in bold italics):

106 – Dominic Salazar – 3rd
113 – Angelo Lozado – 1st
120 – Daniel Soto – 3rd
126 – Jimmy Ramirez III – 1st
132 – Pablo Monreal – 5th
138 – Jose Campos – 3rd
145 – Zander Condit – 1st
152 – Nick Gallegos – 1st
160 – Alberto Zelaya – 2nd
170 – Randy Duran – 3rd
182 – Andre Martinez – 5th
220 – Adnex Bumba – 3rd
