Additions and Renovations Start at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School

Thanks to the passing of Jeffco Public Schools Ballot Question 5B in November 2018, construction has begun at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School in Edgewater. Portions of the south parking lot and the east side of the building have already been closed off for construction.

Here is a description of the scope of work from Jeffco Public Schools:

Addition:

• Auxiliary gym with a renovation to the locker rooms and athletic facilities
• Office addition & secure entry with a renovation of the old office area for added classrooms

Renovation:

• Classrooms and community room in the old office area
• Finish upgrades in classrooms
• Upgrades to the music room
• Upgrades to the auditorium
