Paired Dinner at Providence to Benefit Jefferson Career Pathways

 

Join community-based nonprofit Edgewater Collective for a delicious 5 course pairing featuring the delicious food and craft cocktails of Providence at 5280. The paired dinner will be on Friday, May 21 starting at 6 p.m.

The dinner will be socially distanced on Providence’s outdoor patio. In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be socially distanced inside Providence.

Appetizer

  • Bruschetta/croistini

First Course

  • Spanakopita (spinach/feta)
  • Aperol spritz

Second Course

  • Arugula salad with pickled blueberry, fried goat cheese and almond with pickled blueberry vin
  • Blackberry sangria

Third Course

  • Crab cake Maryland-style with sweet corn beurre blanc
  • El burro loco (pineapple jalapeño mule)

Fourth Course

  • Beef tenderloin and charred octopus with parsnip puree, seaweed butter and baby heirloom carrots
  • Whiskey smash

Palate Cleanser

Fifth Course

  • Basque burnt cheesecake with black cherries and orange whipped cream
