Due to declining enrollment throughout the Jeffco Public Schools, Molholm Elementary is one of 15 schools that will be closing at the end of May. Molholm has been a key part of the Two Creek neighborhood for over sixty years. Closing a school is like closing a community for teachers, staff, students, and families.
As a Jefferson Area, we want to support the Molholm school community in very tangible ways this spring. These funds will be used to bring lunch to teachers, create special experiences for students, and provide funding for events in May as the school closes. Many Molholm students will be attending Edgewater Elementary or Lumberg Elementary in the fall and we want to ensure that their school transitions are as smooth as possible.

Molholm Elementary School is also planning a community celebration at Molholm on Friday, April 28. Molholm is asking for yearbooks, pictures or other mementos from past Molholm students for the event. If you are a former Molholm student who would like to share items with Molholm for the event, give the school a call at 303-982-6240.
