A huge thanks to the community volunteers that are part of Edgewater Pride who organized the 3rd annual Edgewater Pride Parade this past Saturday!

Those who have accounts on Facebook can view beautiful pictures of the event from Edgewater photographer Lee Stiffler-Meyer. The photo album can be viewed here.

Here’s more on the 2022 Edgewater Pride Parade Grand Marshal, Travis Stealy from Edgewater Pride:

Travis works as the Director of Club Operations for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver where he gets to do what he loves every day by investing in the community and building up the next generation of exceptional youth and future leaders.
In his spare time, Travis likes to garden, caring for their indoor jungle and outdoor gardens. “It keeps me connected and grounded,” he says. “We are pretty cliche outdoor Coloradans fueled by the sun, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and traveling around the state as much as we can!”

Travis is enthusiastic about getting to be the Grand Marshal for the 2022 Edgewater Pride Parade. “Last year we rode in our jeep with the top off in true Colorado fashion,” says Travis. “It was outstanding to see such a large turnout and we were blown away by the love and support of the community. My partner and I both came from the south, so being involved in a Pride Parade in such a tight-knit community has been overwhelming in the best possible way. With our roots in the south, being ‘out and proud’ doesn’t come naturally, but the love and support within our own community makes it so much more special and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.”
